1 c peaches (2-3)
1 c pears (3 medium)
1 c crushed pineapple (14 oz.)
2 oranges + rind, remove seeds
½ c drained maraschino cherries (cut fine)
7½ c sugar
½ bottle Certo (1 pouch)\

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, mix fruit and sugar
2. Bring to a full boil
3. Boil for 2 min, stirring constantly then remove from heat
4. Add Certo and stir for 5 min
5. Transfer to hot sterile jars, leaving ¼ - ½ inch head space, and seal
6. Process in a water bath. If jam is to be eaten right away, don't process, just refrigerate
