1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Almond flavoring
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Mix in egg and flavorings. Blend dry ingredients. Mix into sugar mixture and refrigerate dough 2 to 3 hours. Heat oven to 375º. Roll out 1/2 the dough on a floured surface to 3/16" thick. Cut out Jayhawks and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes, or until lightly golden. Frost with your favorite decorator icing in Jayhawk colors.
