6 T. soft butter
¼ c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 ¼ c. flour
⅛ tsp. salt
2 – 6 oz. white chocolate baking bars
½ c. whipping cream
2 – 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
3 T. lemon juice
¼ tsp. salt
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. For the crust: Grease 9” spring form pan. Beat butter and sugar. Add egg yolk. Beat in flour and salt. Press into bottom and 1” up side of pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

For the filling: Melt bars and cream in double boiler. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice and salt. Add chocolate and mix. Beat in egg whites. Pour into crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350º.
