Notes: Yorkshire pudding is a traditional side dish for a Sunday Roast. It is not like traditional American pudding. It is dense and moist eggy (does not taste like eggs) bready thing. A lot like a Pop-Over or German Pancake. Used in place of bread or rolls with a beef roast.
My Mother made this for our Sunday dinner, it was a family favorite. John loved it and learned from my mother to make it, which he did every time we had a roast. Jake has taken over the responsibility and has master the recipe (although with a little more precise measurements and following closely to the recipe!)
