4-5 lb Rump or chuck roast
2 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Onion Salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 pkg Italian Salad Dressing Mix (0.7 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine water and all seasonings. Stir well and bring to a boil. Place roast in slow cooker and pour salad dressing mixture over meat. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. When done, shred meat with fork and return to broth/au jus. Serve on French or Hoagie Rolls
