1 lb Frozen bread dough, thawed
4 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lb Lean pork sausage
1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds, crushed
2 cans Plum tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1/2 cup Fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Grease and flour a 14"x2" pizza pan. On a dusted surface, roll out dough to a 16" circle. Press into bottom and 1 1/2" up the sides of the pizza pan. Sprinkle 3 cups of fresh mozzarella cheese. Spread raw crumbled sausage over cheese. Top with oregano, fennel, tomatoes, mushrooms, and remaining cup of cheese. Place in 500º oven. Immediately reduce heat to 400º and bake 40-50 minutes. Remove pizza when crust is golden and sausage is cooked through.
