3 lb Beef Brisket
1 Lg onion, thinly sliced
1 BBQ sauce
1 Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in pan lined with enough foil to make a package. Top brisket with sliced onions, cover with BBQ sauce, then cover with ketchup. Cover entire roast with the foil, sealing all edges. Bake at 275º for 6 hours. Remove brisket from pan, place on cutting board and cut against the grain.
