1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 18 ½ oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
1 3 ¾ oz. pkg. Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
4 eggs
½ c. cold water
½ c. Wesson oil
½ Bacardi dark rum

Glaze:

¼ lb. butter
¼ c. water
1 c. granulated sugar
½ Bacardi dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. Grease and flour 10" tube pan or 12 cup Bundt pan.
3. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.
4. Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour batter over nuts.
5. Bake 1 hour. Cool.
6. Invert on serving plate. Prick top and drizzle/smooth glaze evenly over top and sides.
7. Allow cake to absorb glaze. Repeat until glaze is used up.

For Glaze:

1. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Site in water and sugar.
3. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat, stir in rum.
