1 cup garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups canola oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend garlic to a paste with salt. While blender is still on, slowly drizzle 1/2 cup oil. Add teaspoon of juice. Continue alternating 1/2 cup oil and tablespoon lemon juice until white and thick, about 10-15 minutes.
