2 medium acorn squash halved, seeds and membrane removed
medium onion, chopped
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 cups cooked stuffing
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place squash in a shallow roasting pan. Bake 350º for approximately 1 hour or until almost tender.
When squash is almost done, microwave onion in a large microwavable bowl on high for a couple minutes until tender. Stir in turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce & broth.
Spoon turkey mixture into squash cavities. Bake stuffed squash, uncovered approximately 30 minutes longer or until heated through and squash is easily pierced with fork.
