Sweet Potatoes

6 med Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain, peel, and mash in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, milk and butter. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into 9x13 greased pan and set aside.
 

Topping

1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Flour
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Cut 1/4 cup butter into sugar/flour using hand mixer or a fork until it is crumbly. Stir in the chopped pecans. Sprinkle mixture over the sweet potatoes and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly around the edges.
