Chicken
1 pound boneless chicken
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons tandoori masala
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Curry
1 pint heavy whipping cream
4 ounces sour cream
1 point half and half
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon roasted ground cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon chopped green chili pepper
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 stick of butter

For the chicken:
Mix the garlic paste, ginger paste, tandoori masala and oil in the yogurt. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and marinate with the mixed ingredients for at least 2 hours. Put aside

Curry:
In a pot, thoroughly mix all the ingredients on medium heat. Make sure you consistently stir the ingredients over the heat. Continue to stir until and oil base comes to the top and the color changes.

Place the chicken on a tray that is covered in foil. Grill the chicken in the oven at 375 degrees until cooked. Once the chicken is cooked, it will leave a water substance. Pour the watery substance in the pot of curry pot. Continue stirring pot and add the chicken into the pot. Stir for a coupe more minutes and the dish is ready to serve.
