1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp water
2 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can of water
1 tsp cumin
2 jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, microwave onion and garlic with 2 tbsp of water until onion is wilted/clear (approx 5 minutes on high). In a large bowl, add Velveeta, celery soup, cumin and water. Microwave on medium power for 10 minutes until melted. Mixture should be creamy. Roast jalapenos over open flame until black and crackling. Run peppers under cold water to remove outer skin. Seed and chop jalapenos. Add peppers to onion mixture. Combine onion mixture with cheese mixture.
