8 oz chopped spinach
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 stick of butter
1/2 chopped onions
8 oz hot pepper jack cheese
Tony Chachere seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat stick of butter and onions in microwave until butter is melted. Thaw and drain frozen chopped spinach. Stir spinach, butter, and onion together and add sour cream, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese. Add 4 oz of grated pepper jack cheese, season to taste with Tony's. Stir together. Pour into baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let rest for five minutes before serving.
