Ingredients: 6 ounces lightly salted popcorn 6 ounces dark pink Wilton candy melts 6 ounces pink Wilton candy melts 1 1/2 ounces hot pink Jimmies (sprinkles) 1 1/2 ounces hot pink nonpareils (sprinkles)

Directions:Place a long piece of wax or parchment paper on a table or baking sheet. Spread out the popcorn evenly and remove any unpopped kernels. In a microwavable safe bowl, cook the dark pink Wilton candy melts at 50% power at 1-minute intervals, stirring after each minute. Cook and stir until just melted. Pour the melted dark pink candy melts into a squeeze bottle and drizzle it over the popcorn. Quickly sprinkle the hot pink Jimmies (sprinkles) over the melted chocolate. In a microwavable safe bowl, cook the pink Wilton candy melts at 50% power at 1-minute intervals, stirring after each minute. Cook and stir until just melted. Pour the melted pink candy melts into a squeeze bottle and drizzle it over the popcorn in the opposite direction of the other pink chocolate. Quickly sprinkle the hot pink nonpareils (sprinkles) over the melted chocolate. Allow the popcorn to set until the chocolate is firm, then break into pieces. Put the decorated popcorn into clear cellophane bags and tie with bright pink bows. |
