¾ c. white flour
¾ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. shortening
4-5 tbsp. cold water
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe is for an 8-9" double crust. Sift both flours and salt together. Cut in shortening. Stir in cold water until mixture leaves sides of bowl and forms ball. Roll out one half of dough for bottom crust, use other half for top crust. For a 10" double crust use 1 c. each flour, 1 tap. salt, ⅔ c. shortening and 5-6 tbsp. water.
