1 (15 0z.) package Oreo cookies
½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
McDonalds caramel ice cream topping
½ cup chopped pecans, optional
2-3 cups cool whip
Shaved chocolate curls, garnish, optional
Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush Oreo cookies into crumbs and spread half in bottom of 9x13-inch dish. Reserve remaining half.
2. Spread vanilla ice cream over top of crumbs.
3. Drizzle caramel over ice cream.
4. Sprinkle pecans over top, if desired. Then top with cool whip. Sprinkle shaved chocolate over top of everything to garnish.
5. Freeze until firm. Cut in squares and let soften about 15 minutes before serving.

Mom dislikes the pecans and Zach can't have them, so generally we do half with pecans and half without.
