1 cup sugar
½ cup corn syrup
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together sugar and syrup in large casserole dish. Microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in peanuts. Microwave 2 minutes until light brown.
3. Add butter and vanilla. Microwave 1 minute. Peanuts will be lightly browned and syrup very hot.
4. Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy.
5. Spread mixture on greased cookie sheet.
6. Let cool for 30-60 minutes.
7. Break into small pieces.
8. Place in an airtight container.
