1½ cups graham crackers
½ cup butter, melted
3 cups blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 large container of cool whip
2 packages of cream cheese
2 tbsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter to make the crust.
2. Press into bottom of 7-inch spring pan. Chill
3. Mix sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt. Beat well.
4. Fold in cool whip and blueberries and pour into crust.
5. Use kiwi fruit and mandarin oranges to decorate.
6. Refrigerate.
