4 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1¼ cups sugar
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and butter. Cut in as you would a pie crust.
2. Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, and vanilla.
3. Mix with flour mixture.
4. Roll out (use a pastry cloth) and bake at 325°F for 13 minutes.
 

Frosting

Icing sugar
Vanilla
Water
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix three ingredients together to make a fairly thin icing.
2. Put on cookies while hot.
