Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Any size fresh or thawed turkey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean turkey and put in a covered pan.
2. Turn oven to 400°F and put turkey in for 1 hour.
3. Then roast the turkey for 15 minutes per pound for the first 10 pounds at 375°F.

Example: 18 pound bird would cook 150 minutes, but an 8 pound bird for only 80 minutes.

4. If the bird is more than 10 pounds, you then roast whatever it weighs over 10 pounds for 7 minutes per pound.

Example: an 18 pound bird has just roasted 1 hour at 400°F, then 150 minutes at 375°F, now you would continue roasting it for 56 more minutes. Total cooking time would be 4 hours 26 minutes.
