2½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
½ lbs. Crisco shortening
1 egg
½ tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Use a pastry blender or maser to mix flour, salt, baking powder, and shortening together to make a fine texture.
2. Crack egg into a 1 cup measuring cup and beat egg. Add the vinegar to the measuring cup. Fill the rest of the measuring cup with cold water. Mix.
3. Add the egg, vinegar, and water mixture to the dry ingredients.
4. Mix well and roll out.
