Directions:
Directions:
1. Put roast in pan and start roasting at 250°F.
2. After 1½ hours, check for juice. Add enough to give 1” water.
3. After another 1½ hours, if it is not browning, turn oven up.
4. Shake oregano, onion salt, pepper, and salt over roast.
5. Wait 1 more hour, turn oven to 350°F and put in carrots, potatoes, turnips, and cover with water.
6. Test vegetables. Once done, turn temperature back to 150°F to keep warm.
