2 lbs Pork Tenderloin 1/2 Tsp Garlic (minced)
Sm Bag of Coleslaw Mix Soy Sauce or teriyaki sauce to taste
Sm Bag of Broccoli Slaw 1/2 Tsp Salt
8 – 10 Sliced Mushrooms 1/2 Tsp Pepper

Directions:

Cut tenderloin into slivers.
Combine all ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Dump in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve with rice, crispy noodles, etc.
