ˇ  chicken broth ˇ Italian spices
ˇ  sliced mushrooms ˇ chopped broccoli
ˇ   chopped red and green pepper ˇ finely chopped chicken
ˇ   chopped onion ˇ 1/2 Cup parm, 2 tbsp butter
ˇ  garlic ˇ 2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
1.     Place all ingredients except parm, butter, rice in bag and seal. Freeze.
2.     Thaw, cook on low for 6 hours
3.    Add cooked rice, parm, butter. Stir.
4.     Cook additional 30 minutes on high. (can add milk if needed)
