1½ c. flour
1 c. sugar
½ c. cocoa
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp, vanilla
1 c. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
In a sifter combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and soda. Sift the dry ingredients into an 8 X 8" pan. Make three graduated size holes in the dry ingredients. In largest hole place the oil, the medium hole the vinegar and the vanilla in the smallest hole. Pour water over all ingredients and mix until blended. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
