1 package graham crackers
¼ c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. + 1 c. sugar
16 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ pint sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tbsp. sugar and press into spring form pan. Set aside. Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Cream in eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into the spring form pan on graham cracker crust. Bake in 400º oven for 30 minutes. Leave in partially open oven until cool; then move to countertop after cooling. Place in refrigerator overnight. Serve!
