4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ to 1 c. chopped nuts
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
½ box powdered sugar

Directions:
For cake, beat eggs, sugar and oil in large bowl. Add pumpkin and then add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Last add nuts and bake in 9 X 13" pan for about 40 minutes at 350º. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting. For frosting, have cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix until fluffy and add powdered sugar.
