1 package Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 package Jello Instant Lemon Pudding
4 unbeaten eggs
¾ c. + 2 tbsp. salad oil (Divided)
¾ c. water
⅓ c. orange juice
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, ¾ c. salad oil and water in large bowl. Beat well until smooth, about 7-10 minutes. Put in greased 9 X 13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350º. As soon as you take it from the oven, prick all over with fork 1" apart. Then while still hot, immediately pour on orange juice, powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. salad oil mixed together. Better as it stands or gets older.
