2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1½ c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese1 stick oleo
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry cake ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, carrots and vanilla and blend well. Bake in three 9" pans or 9 X 13" pan at 350º for 30 minutes or until done. For frosting, cream the cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Blend well. Add milk if necessary to spread.
