1 lb. ground beef
¼ c. chopped onion
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz. tomato sauce
1½ c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ c. sour cream
8 oz. crescent rolls
2 tbsp. melted butter
¼ c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Drain off fat. Add sauce mix and tomato sauce and heat until bubbly. Pour into 8 X 12" baking dish. Mix shredded cheese and sour cream together and spread over meat. Unroll crescent rolls and cover cheese mixture. Spread melted butter and Parmesan over rolls. Bake at 375º for 18-25 minutes.
