Paprikash:

4-8 Large chicken thighs
2 Med. Red Onions, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Butter
½ Tbsp Paprika, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ Tbsp Chipotle chili
2-3 C Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp Flour
½ C Sour Cream

Nokedli:

4 cups flour
4 eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ cup water
1 tsp salt

Paprikash:
- Preheat the oven to 350º
- In an ovenproof pan or dutch oven brown Chicken, remove and set aside
- Add garlic, pepper, onions to the pan and cook
- Add Paprika’s, chilli powder, and flour, mix well
- Put the chicken back in
- Add chicken stock
- Bake at 350º for 1.5-2 hours
- Remove from the oven stir in sour cream
- Serve over Nokedli or egg noodles (see side dishes for a Nokedli recipe)

Nokedli:
- In large bowl, combine flour, eggs, salt and sour cream. Add water a little at a time to form doughy batter. Consistency should be slightly thicker than pancake batter. - - Boil 2 quarts of water in large pot. Squeeze batter out into the water using noodle or fruit press. When noodles float to the top of the water, they are done. (2-3 mins)
