7-8 lbs. beef brisket
3 tsp. curry powder
6 tbsp. salt
½ tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Accent seasoning
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. dry mustard
Bay leaf, ground

Mix seasonings (there will be enough for several batches). Sprinkle top of brisket with 3-5 tablespoons of mixture and let set for 30 minutes. Sprinkle other side and let set for 20 minutes. Use more or less depending on how spicy you want the beef. Bake, uncovered, at 400º for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until golden brown. Cover with foil. Reduce heat to 200º and cook overnight or for approximately 8 hours.
