16 oz. cream cheese (2 – 8 oz. pkgs.)
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
50 –60 small vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling, regular size can, not the large

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks & vanilla until smooth & creamy

Beat egg whites until stiff – fold into first mixture.

Pour mixture into paper (foil nut cups work best) lined cup tins in which a mini vanilla wafer is placed on the bottom.

Bake 15 minutes at 375º

Remove from oven & allow to cool in pan. Top with 1/2 tsp. cherry pie filling on each tart.
