1 cup brown rice (uncooked)
¼ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
pinch of cardamom
2 ½ cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Toast brown rice in non-stick saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly so it does not burn. Add seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Cover tightly and cook on low about 45 minutes.

Let sit 5 to 10 minutes, covered, before serving.
