2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
16 ounces salsa, canned or fresh
½ cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice raw chicken into 1½" strips. Place in slow cooker.

Mix salsa with vinegar. Cover chicken completely with this mixture.

Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.
