Apple Cake


Ingredients:

2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 cup Salad Oil
4 cups Sliced Apples
1/2 cup Nut meats (walnuts or pecans)

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350º oven for 45 or 60 minutes in 9x13 pan.
 

Icing


Ingredients:

2-3 oz Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix icing ingredients together and frost cake after cake has cooled. After icing, keep in refrigerator because of cream cheese icing.
