1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cubed 1 medium onion, diced
1 pack smoked sausage, sliced 1 large can tomato sauce
2 bell peppers, diced 1 large can dice tomatoes
1 red pepper, diced Cajun spice, Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw overnight
Cook in slow cooker for 6 hours.

When ready to serve, stir in cooked rice or bowtie pasta
