1 Pkg Hash browns (32 oz)
1 stick Butter, melted
1 Sour Cream (16 oz)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
1 can French Onion Rings (optional)
Pinch salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns, pour butter over potatoes, add all remaining ingredients except onion rings and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 9x13 casserole, put onion rings on top. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350º oven.
