1/2 cup butter
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough until firm enough to form into 1-inch thick rolls. Place rolls in freezer until very firm. Defrost for 10 minutes and then slice into thin rounds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º or until golden brown.

Makes 4 dozen.
