1 or 2 heads of Cabbage
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 med. Onion, chopped
1 lg can Tomato Sauce
1 lg can V8 Picante

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix beef, pork, rice, and onion and make meatballs with mixture.
2. Blanch cabbage leaves for 5 minutes.
3. Wrap meatballs with cabbage leaves and fasten with a toothpick.
4. Place cabbage wrapped meatballs into a deep dish 9x13 pan.
5. Pour tomato sauce and V8 over the top until they are completely covered.
6. Bake, covered with foil, at 350º for 3 1/2 hours.
