Finely chopped onion and jalapeno peppers
1 can chicken broth
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tsp garlic
4 Oz cream cheese
½ Cup whipping cream
1 Cup milk
½ Cup parm

Assemble meat, veggies. Freeze, thaw, ADD small can broth Cook 4-6 hrs on low. ADD cream cheese, cream, milk, parm COOK Additional 1-2 hours. Serve over Pasta.
