1 lb Peppermint Stick Candy
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 T (1 sm envelope) Unflavored Gelatin
1 T cold Water
1 1/2 cup Whipping Cream, whipped
1 - 9 oz pkg Chocolate Wafers
Red Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush candy fine.
2. Add cream & heat in double boiler until candy dissolves.
3. Add gelatin softened in cold water. Chill until partially set (about 20-30 minutes).
4. Fold in whipped cream.
5. Crush wafers and divide in two parts.
6. Put half as a layer in the bottom of the pan.
7. Pour peppermint mixture on top.
8. Top with the other half of the crushed wafers.
9. Chill 12 hours or more, then serve.
