3 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 cups Crisco Shortening
1 Egg. beaten
1 tsp Vinegar
5 T Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Cut in shortening, then add egg, vinegar and water.
3. Mix, divide, and roll out on floured board.
4. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes, then at 350º for 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
The vinegar can be optional based on what you are baking in the crust. I typically leave the vinegar in the recipe if I am putting a really sweet fruit filling into the crust.
