• 3 peppers, sliced
• 1 can (14.5 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 2 Tsp ground cumin
• 1 Tsp paprika
• ¼ Tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Can add chicken or burger

1. Place all ingredients in a freezer bag. Mix to evenly distribute. Freeze.
2. When ready to cook, defrost in fridge overnight.
3. Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve on tortillas and top with lettuce and shredded cheese.
