3 Eggs
1 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 cups peeled & grated Zucchini
3 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Cinnamon
3 cups Flour
1/2 cups Nuts
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, oil, and sugar.
2. Add and mix zucchini, vanilla, and baking soda.
3. Follow by adding flour, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour into loaf pans.
5. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
