1 qt Strawberries
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Water
1 Pkg 3 oz Strawberry Jello
Dash Salt
1 Pre-Baked Pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Use poorest strawberries of the quart to make 1 cup. Mash and mix with water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to strawberry mix. Add jello and dash of salt and allow to cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Clean and de-stem the strawberries, dry and arrange in pie shell. Large strawberries can be halved or quartered. Pour sauce over strawberries, place pie in refrigerator and chill for 3-4 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
