CRUST
1 package Nutter Butter Cookies, crushed
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

CREAM CHEESE LAYER
1 8oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened)
½ c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar

CHOCOLATE LAYER
1 lg package of chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz) container cool whip

TOPPING
1 (8 oz) container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Once blended, pour over cookie crust.

In another bowl, combine pudding and milk. This will be thick. Fold in the container of cool whip. Pour over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Add final layer of cool whip and serve.
