1 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

For the chips, preheat the oven to 400º. Next, lightly spray the tortillas with water, then combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Use a pizza cutter and cut it into eight wedges. Place in a single layer on a baking stone bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown, lastly, remove to a nonstick cooling rack and cool completely.
 

Salsa

2 medium granny smith apples
1 c. strawberries
1 kiwi
1 small orange
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. apple jelly or raspberry jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the apples then core them. Place the apples into a manual food processor and process into small pieces. Place them into a small batter bowl. Using core and more, remove stems from strawberries then add them to the manual food processor. Peel and cut the kiwi in half and add to the manual food processor. Pulse into tiny pieces. Add them to the batter bowl. Zest orange using Lemon Zester/Scorer. Juice the orange with the citrus press. Add orange zest, juice, brown sugar, and apple jelly to the fruit mixture; gently mix with small mix and scraper. Serve in the medium bamboo bowl. Enjoy!
