Ingredients:  
3 oz Chow Mein Noodles (Save half for topping)
1 can tuna
1 cup finely diced celery
¼ lb or less cashew pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup water
Salt & pepper to taste, or 2 tsp season salt
1 can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix above ingredients (remember save half the chow mein noodles)
2. Gently fold in the mandarin oranges last
3. Put in a buttered casserole dish
4. Sprinkle half of the chow mein noodles on top
5. Bake at 325, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
